ok i got this video im my computer that i downlaoded and i want to make screen caps or what ever u call it

can any one help me?

BS Player has a decent screencapture feature. If you scroll down the page in that link you will find a free version of the program.

Also most dvd playback software will give you the option to take screen captures from your videos. PowerDvd is pretty popular and comes with the screen capture ability on most videos. They have a free trial there, not sure how long it lasts.

Most programs have trouble screen capturing videos that are encoded with the XviD codec, but most other formats should give you no trouble at all, with one of the two above programs.

I DOWNLOADED THE VIDOE FROM I THINK LIME WIRE CAN I STILL YOUS THE SOFT WARE ON THAT?
