Gif Avatar Issues

For some reason i just can't upload a gif as my avatar/Profile picture. I've tried via imageshak (it works for my signature but not for the avi) & i tried via the website but is just doesn't work ... Any suggestions?

^ Your avatar is too big. In order for it to move it can't exceed 150 x 150. The one you have is 150 x 197.
Try this one. I scaled it for you so it is within size (115 x 150):

Seriously? It says that is recommended to be 200pix or larger, that's why i did so big ... But thanks, yay!

I have no clue why it would suggest 200px or more when our system is clearly set to 150 x 150. The board being a dumbass I guess.
