Anyone else having trouble accessing your messenger mail box by hovering over the envelop icon and clicking it only for it not to load preview messages or delayed messages?
As a note you can access the messenger mail box by right clicking the icon and opening it as a new page.

^ I had the same issue 2 months ago. Did this occur after you updated your board preferences?
I was able to view it on my iPod but not on my computer. I am not sure how the problem got resolved--whether MD fixed it or I finally shutdown my computer, unplugged everything for 2 mins, replugged and restart.
You might want to do try the latter and see what happens ![]()

^ I changed no preferences that I know of it just started today when I logged on out of nowhere. But usually restarting programs or the computer might clear it up, I shall update you on that as I do so ![]()

-UPDATE-
Still having that issue Pinky even with a restart and with both IE & Firefox. Not sure what it is here

you try clearing cache? Working OK for me.

^ Yep, still the same issue persisting here.

^ Quick question: you are only having this issue with your Messenger and not your Notifications, correct?

^ Yes, it’s just the whole preview load when I click on the envelop icon no longer works. I still get a notification when a message is received but when I click on the envelop icon the list won't load, I simply just right click it to get into my mailbox via a new page ![]()

^ I just checked your account on both my laptop and my iPod. I couldn't find anything in your notification settings but there is definitely a bug or a glitch somewhere. It is as if the system tries to load the previews but gives up & stops ![]()

^ Exactly! It just came out of nowhere a few days back

I cleared the cache on the sever, can you try again?

^ Same issue here still
Maybe its just me?

^ I had the same problem 2 months ago. I can't remember how it got resolved.
We will keep on troubleshooting. We will get it fixed eventually! ![]()

Not to be a pain in the ass but the problem still persists here.
