Can't find out his name, please help?!

I am just in love with Steven Klein's work and stumbled upon his old work with Tom Ford; and I instantly fell in love with this picture, especially the blond model. I have spent an hour and a half trying to find out his name but it's not coming up. Anyone up for a challenge?
