Arden Cho was born on August 16, 1985 in Amarillo, Texas, U.S. She attended University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign where she graduated with a degree in Psychology. She also studied theatre.
In 2004, she won the Miss Korea Chicago, allowing her to compete in the Miss Korea pageant in Seoul, South Korea. As a model, she became the face of the cosmetic brand Clinique in 2010.
As an actress, she appeared in several films, including The Break-Up, Second Moon, and Mega Python vs. Gatoroid. She also recently appeared in the television shows Pretty Little Liars and Teen Wolf.
