Anyone good with Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004?

I have a quick little site I am trying to set up... a VERY basic index page, with links to my images.

Anyone out there able to tell me how I can Hype link text to a URL thats already established?

HTML's nice and easy, IMHO.

PHP is hell...

I took a class or two of PHP for my degree, and I still have on idea what the heck I'm doing
