old myspace blogs

Does anyone know if there is there any way you can pull up cache files of old myspace blogs? or were they completely destroyed when myspace switched over to being predominantly a music site?

Not sure if these links might be able to help with it? I think you'll need a log in though it if is your own account you need to pull up the files from.
