Diogo Morgado

Diogo Miguel Morgado Soares (born January 17, 1981) is a Portuguese actor and former model. 

Began modeling at age 14 and made his acting debut at 15 years of age.

Named one of GQ’s Men of the Year, he's best known in North America for his portrayal of Jesus in the Emmy nominated 2013 mini-series The Bible, which aired on The History Channel. 

Morgado also appeared on the hit ABC drama, "Revenge" as "Dr. Jorge Velez."

Diogo Morgado can be seen as "The Man" on the CW's drama series, "The Messengers."

Yes, he is very handsome, but in the hands of a lesser actor, physical attractiveness alone would have been ineffective.
