Plot: Satan bored from his sulking life in hell comes and lives in los angeles only to help humanity with it's miseries through his experience and telepathic abilities to bring people's deepest desires and thoughts out of them. While his meeting with a girl in his nightclub (called lux ), a shootout at him and the girl leads him to be a LAPD consultant who in order tries to punish people for their crimes through police, law and justice

I watched the Pilot and it was actually pretty funny! I'll be adding this show to my list to watch this winter for sure.
Plus the eye candy isn't bad to look at.

I'm on book 3 of the collected editions for the comics, though I know the series will be way different I'll watch and see how it is.
It's got a lot of good talent behind the cameras too. But, it's on Fox, and they have a habit of killing off good shows.
I'm still heart broken over Constantine.

I have loved the 2nd season so far. Very, very good. I think there's one more episode until the end of season here in the states.
As for Constantine.... I loved that too. I hear scuttlebutt that Matt Ryan's return to Constantine is happening. Unfortunately, it's going to be just his voice, but if you watch much animation Constantine the character, and Matt as the voice of, in Justice League: Dark that has recently come out/just got downloaded.
I have heard that this character is actually taken from Neil Gaiman's Sandman. The Sandman franchise also has TV shows/ potential movies in the works.
Yes you are correct, and then Lucifer had his own comic series (which is very good.) I tried reading Sandman and I got bored quickly.
I have started to watch the first season and Lucifer is so funny!
