SI Swimsuit Image Competition - RESULTS

Thought I would introduce this fun comp idea.
In this competition I will accept an image of your favorite SI model image that was not featured on the cover. To you it was iconic, beautiful, sexy, amazing, and it SHOULD have been on the cover!
For every picture nomination I need:
1.) The models name
2.) The year issue the image was featured in
3.) The image you felt was cover-worthy
NO GROUP SHOTS!
I will be accepting 40 nominations. Models can be nominated multiple times but the same image can not be nominated. The same model from the same year can be nominated more than once, just the "cover-worthy" image submission (which is what the competition is mainly judging) can be duplicated.

Yes! The same "cover-worthy" image cannot be nominated though.

Also please post the image submission here so other members know they cannot nominate the same image.
The extra two pictures of the model for the mag can be submitted via PM.

Scans are allowed but please use scanned images as the last resort and try to find the online image first.
