On June 30th 2017, imagebam and imgbox will shut down their hosting services.

The intention of the staff is for most if not all of the images which are currently hosted on those two sites to be moved to Bellazon itself.

We would ask the members to stop using those services prior to that time and either upload their material to Bellazon directly or alternatively use a photo-hosting site other than imagebam or imgbox.

That will take down 80 % of all hosted Pics worldwide..What a Mess for all all the Boards...xxx Millions of dead Pics and Tons of empty Threads...

The Close of someimage was bad,but this is more extreme...

Think Imagevenue will be the next...

From what I understand, Imagebam, Imgbox and Sendvid are all run by the same company, and that company is one of many to have been repeatedly called out for offering their services to known pirate sites. So apparently, the shutdown is a result of ongoing pressure and legal threats.

Update: Thanks to Maddogs efforts, the majority of images previously hosted at imagebam and imgbox have now been transferred to the BZ servers.

As it looks now, all of the remaining images will be transferred by the end of the day (depending on what time zone you are in this might mean something different so I mean likely within the next 12 hours).

Imagebam also removed their announcement of shutting down and replaced it with a new one about finding new partners to get their host alive and well
