Kim has done of course a lot of surgery to keep her beauty and sexines. I think she is lucky with her plastic surgery and the work of the doctors is not bad. Her vulgar look is a big part of her insane big sexiness. She has a incredible curvy body and her face is so sexy. My opionon. But overall Sofia is hotter, because she is 100 % natural and so sexy😉
