She has bigger portfolio of commercial shoots than hundreds of agency signed models on this site. I’m not sure I understand what makes a freelance model different from an agency signed model once that happens, other than that they are connected enough or clever enough to sign their own clients.

I completely agree. I understand why there is a degree of "policing" that goes on in this forum, but come on. Take a look at @bebop2015's post history. It's unparralelled when it comes to finding new models. Ms Menin absolutely belongs here.
