I found her name. This is Lulu Tenney.

Probably a challenging one. In the nineties, this model could be seen in Depeche Mode's live projection of In Your Room in 1993 and in the Songs Of Faith And Devotion album's EPK by Anton Corbijn. And I suspect she's also in the infamous The Beloved's Sweet Harmony promo video. Evidences below:
