For your body type, I'd have to say the first one. It'll be a lot more flattering for your figure, and it's a very lady like dress.

It's hard to tell from the picture, but I'd say the black one would drape your body oddly, it would hang very aline on a waifish figure.

I would also say the first one is prettier and would suit you better.
