It's a popularity list ppl. Let's be perfectly honest, the majority of ppl don't know who the popular models are I.E. Ana Beatriz, Isabeli Fontana *ect*.

This list is representative of whos mainstream in society, not who really deserves to be on the list. People know about Petra because of who's she's dating and the tsunami.

Ppl know about Adriana/Ale/Gisele/Heidi/Tyra because of they are/were the "most public" angels.

And I'm sorry to say... the vast majority of ppl voting for this list could give a flying fuck about the fashion industry, or models in general. Guys look at victoria secret models and see boobs & ass.. not how pretty the girl's eyes are, how well she models, or how proportionate the body/face is.

Ali Larter isn't on this list, because over the last few years she's not been very public eye.... however, since she's on the hit TV show Heroes now, I can guarantee she'll make the list next year and place pretty well.
