Where do you prrefer to live flat or House?

Both of them are good. But laltley I prefer to have small cozy villa. Because currently I live in Turkey where are great nature and sea. I found my offer randomly and decided buy villa in antalya with small helping of real estate.
I like flats more. One of the most significant advantages is transport and walking distance accessibility. That is why I took out a mortgage with a help of Mortgage Broker Sheffield three months ago. Now I do not need to buy or rent a car. I can use public transport whenever I want. Moreover, the developed infrastructure is another advantage. I am not a couch potato. Therefore, I need to get out to entertainment venues. The choice of activities will be more limited outside the city.

Have a propietty can be expensive but more interesting. I am tired people who descalificate people with own home, like if they can do nothing more. But I understand people who don t want to buy and travel around the world, living in different places, or people who like change houses live.
To me, having a home it is difficult travel all that I want, but I prefer this and stable day to day. I can t understand the unempathetic psychopaths who only want to let you fall in works, like if you can't have own home if you are not a big family. Indivual people, couples can win more money than some families who only demand, work less and don't prepare or respect different livestyles: not only family with children should have more than another ones.

I like home better. And in the future I plan to buy a house, I think it's much more practical than an apartment

A house definitely has its perks especially in the U.S., where space tends to be more generous. Every home I’ve lived in has been at least 2,400 square feet, so that’s my baseline. I’ve heard stories about how cramped some European homes can be, though I’m not claiming that’s universally true, I'm just going off what I’ve seen and experienced. That said, as I’ve gotten older, I’ve streamlined and organized my space to an almost obsessive degree. These days, I find myself drawn to the idea of living in a Tiny Home with some land, or even an apartment where I’m not responsible for all the upkeep. The simplicity and freedom are starting to outweigh the square footage.
