I've had it and while good, there are WAY BETTER ways to cut and prep beef that will leave u even more speechless! :chicken:

ribeye is winning this competition so far (I voted for it) b/c  of the fat IMHO 

 

I find filet's to be overrated and not much better than sirloin.  They are usually double to triple the price of sirloin.

I have them at home.   I also get T-bones.

 

I would have it more in restaurants if it wasn't so damn big and rich (each one is 1,000 calories plus)

I think thin-sliced Ribs (due to being fatty) are good well done, especially with Hawaiian seasoning/sauces:

This steak tastes like an organ to me for some reason- it's the texture.  You might like eating the organs.
