I prefer the terrorific version of this song
I like how the rythm changes in this track
@Limerlight your vintage posts made me think back of this song. I can't stop listenning to it now... I try to stop but I can't...
Do you know it?
(also, the Album Cover is great pictural art)
@Stormbringer same question : do you know it?![]()

Of course I do! That bassline is legendary

I remember when I was a kid, I came across this album because of the cover. I started listenning to it (and this track is the first one). I found it so great that I started to listen to it over and over again... (like today) At the time, it helped me to get cured of listenning to "Are you experienced" (by Jimi Hendrix experience) over and over ![]()
This song should be Bellazon's theme!

That one I know of course,
Heart of the Sunrise has and always will be my favourite Yes song however
Something about it screams one of the essential Prog songs ever

Actually, just recently I've come to like Yes more. I've always liked their music a lot: it's brilliant. But Jon Anderson's voice always bothered me

I don't mind Anderson's voice, but it doesn't really make the main melody anyway. It's more like an "instrument" beyond the others (and very often they put a lot of echo effects on his voice
).

Cool!
I like this one too (Fragile is a great album), but Roundabout is the one I can listen for hours and days.
I really like prog
(and I like to share music or talk about it for hours
)
@Stormbringer What do you think of this bass line? It's not very complex but it gives a lot of "thickness" to this song. ![]()
