It took me a while to like the simple make-up at that show but now I love it. It makes her cheek bones stand out.

Second to last is my favourite, it's probably the best angle for Jac's face: striking, elegant bone structure + her eyes have this incredible colour and shape

Most models just stand there and give the camera a blank expression in lookbook shots, but not our Monika.

And I agree about the pretty clothes. I like this new designer for Nina Ricci the same way I like the new designers for Valentino, personally. I don't know what people are being so dramatic about with them and talking about how terrible they are. Oh, well.

Edit:// Over at TFS, they're saying Monika looks a little sick in these photos. And, now that I've looked again, I kind of agree. She looks either a little sick or tired, the poor thing. Beautiful, of course, but perhaps she should rest a little. I kind of want to jump through these photos and give her a hug.

Jac's campaigns where are you?

^I hope we don't have to wait until the FW 10.11 campaigns are in the magazines to see them or know which ones she got.

I can't wait that long!

I'm sure August issues publish a lot of fall campaigns. But I'm disappointed - last year brands like Valentino, Marc Jacobs were in the June issue of US Vogue
