stone henge is ok but it's quite a distance away and it has like a huge road next to it which kinda takes away its 'magic' . . . . there are alsorts of other weird things round there too but like no one goes to see them

yeah, Whitechapel has always been rough and it really still is. most of it has been regenerated and stuff so most of the Jack Ripper Whitechapel has vanished i do believe

England has a ton of cool, strange things. Jim is making up a list. I know he wanted to drag me to Sherwood, but that would probably just be a pain in the butt.

I'll let my friend know. I know there's a museum somewhere, so maybe that would be enough. I already have been ordered, the minute I step foot in england, to find the Beatles museum.

Thought this was a good place as any to share this. I'm so digusted with people right now I could puke. And that isn't because I'm sick.

South Dakota has just moved to criminalize abortion. Now, I know people have differing opinions on this, but take a gander at this and get a GLIMPSE of what it used to be like before ROE vs WADE. Because if our illustrious president gets his way? This shit is going down all over again.

Way to learn from history, W.

Oh, and here's the arizona legislature in regards to abortion laws. I was curious so I went looking.

'tis a troubling state of affairs. abortion is such a difficult issue though. banning it in cases of rape and incest is just ridiculous i think that it should be open normally but the period in which abortion can be carried out should be moved forward because that eliminates the 'viability' issue.

it's very tricky though. i can't really see the merit in the religious side of the argument . . . partly because i'm not really religious

i don't think that i personally could carry out abortions though i'd feel kinda guilty and it would bug me for the rest of my life i say that despite the fact that i generally support it.

the abortion laws do need to be shored up though because (in the UK anyway) there are problems 'cos some fetuses can survive independently when aborted and the act is therefore tantamount to infanticide . . .

oh, how i hate this issue

What annoys me is most of those who want it banned are men. Who never have and never will have a child so they don't get that side of things. I, personally, would never have one unless for medical reasons, because I do believe it is a life. However, I also believe that a woman deserves to have the choice. And as that history link showed, if they can't get an abortion through a hospital, they'll do it another way and wind up killing themselves in the process.

The whole thing annoys me. I think most of the problems is not the goverment issues, but the religious and moral ones. People needs to keep their crucifixes out of my uterus, period.

Yup, Sherwood Forest. Probably Nottingham as well. White horse is on that list, the Tower of London of course. The site where they believe Camelot stood. I'd have to email Jim as he has our itinerary list. Or at least he used to.

If I'm able to study aboard, most of that will be a lot easier to do Since if I went there on a vacation, it would only be a week to two weeks.

true

it would still be lots of travelling. you would need a car or would need to borrow one off of a friend it's fairly expensive to drive over here

on a side note, i can get to America in 25 minutes.

I haven't even started looking yet One thing at a time

I know London is going to be very expensive, so I'll have to look outside the city. I'm just not sure at the moment how to find where the best art program is.

Makes sense. I wanted to answer that, but I have NO idea how the timed threads function as I haven't really used them yet.

We have to do commentary on those soon don't we I should probably go look.

Aaaaaaand I don't know. I was tired, but when I laid down I couldn't fall asleep. So I took a bath because my knees were a little sore and read a bit of Diary.
