Anyone been watching tonight's match between Isner and Mahut? It was tied at a preposterous 59 games each in the fifth set before bad light stopped play.

^ yep! was insane....puts footballers to shame There think 90mins is a lot,(with a 5day break) try 10hrs over 2days..so far!

I kept checking back every half hour and it was still on. Really amazing. I don't know if Isner will be loose enough to win tomorrow I feel sorry for the loser of this one.

I kinda feel sorry for the winner too. After all this, it'll be almost impossible to give a decent showing in the next round.

After a grand total of 11 hours and 5 minutes, it's finally over. 70-68 in the final set - absolutely mental!

Hopfully the LTA will consider introducing a rule about going into a tie break if it gets to a certian point. Because even tho it was superb spectacle it's really unfair on Isner, who has to play not only Singles but doubles too

(then again like this will ever happen again )
