has anyone tried Long N' Strong, Biotin, or Capilong to grow out their hair? (or any other methods to promote fast hair growth )

was it successful or no?

I've tried it! It smells verrry good and makes your hair soft and shiny

.. I have like the opposite problem .. lol, anyone know of a hair product that works to prevent fluffing and frizz? I have extremely thick hair and it's long too... the only thing that works is a good session with a blow-dryer and iron

^ I wouldn't mind swapping hair with you if I could. I've heard L'Oreal Vive Smooth-Intense Anti-Frizz Serum works well and is cheap, too.

saritaa - I looked in the supermarket for the one you described and it said it was for coloured hair. I think the purple one was for volumising, but I tried that a few years ago with no luck. Thank you for trying to help, though.
