Mine kind of faded out , so it's like that color now ! It's pretty similar cuz of the length too!
i dyed my hair black but it faded back to brown. It was okay though since it looked a little funny. Not all of my hair took to the color so it was light brown and black. Now it is dark brown and light brown.
My hair is naturally black and wavy, long layers...but I straightened it...![]()

Here's a trick: after washing and condistioning it, comb your hair with your head upside down and then blowdry it that way. While blowdrying it, go through your hair with your hands serveral times to make it more wavy. When it's dry, fling back your hair and it looks really big and volumely. Then put in some stuff that'll make it shine and not appear so dry and put in some hairspray to make it stick. Voila, you've got Doutzen hair.
One warning: don't try this if you've got bangs or short(er) hair. It'll make it look like you've just come out of a tornado. This only works if you've got shoulderlength (or longer) hair.

I've done that for years... Doesn't really work anymore i have to have more lyers and it depends always on the shampoo and even blow drier i use and brush.. Except i never brush it before i dry it cuz that way it'll get flatter then ever i kind of dry it then start brushing it while drying it and sometimes is more volumy but not even closer to Doutzen's.. There's million things done to that hair.
Damn i need to take some hair dressing course , just for myself & make-up maybe.
But for sure if i want it like taht i have to put some the whole hair in rollers then play with it with curling iron and put bunch of products. Takes patience lol and they probably have extentions.
You guys all have some good tips. I'm actually wanting to dye my hair, kind of like how ale and adriana did for the AAA tour. I want it almost exactly like that, the highlights and the light brown all naturally mixed in together.
I used to have hair exactly like Doutzen's in that picture above but my mum made me cut it...
Now it looks like Patricia Schmids, except not as good as it does on her.

Yeah that's probably 1 of the best way anybody could die their hair , cuz it looks nice , natural & healthy and highlights don't require dying to roots like every month or whatever , and these colors probably match if not every almost every skin tone.
Edit: Can somebody post any pics of hair they like, Cut and color , I want to get my hair done , but i don't exacly know what i want, right now it's reddish it was like dark wine red but it faded so i want to cut it/die it soon so just post pics of hair you like i might get some good ideas of what i want.
Edit2: I think Jessica Alba always has amaizng hair both the styling and the color her skin tone matches every color from blonde to chocolate brown , and a lot of people told me also any hair looks good on my skin tone.
hmmm i have fine hair. i have tried several products to increase volume but none worked so far. anyone reccomend something?
For finer hair, I heard its best to have it as one length. My mom has fine hair, and it looks more full now that it is one length, as opposed to having layers in her hair. What kind of cut is your hair, BBLondon?

I have never colored my hair, its always black, and straight.

not so long but lush and straight...
so i would like nice, smooth, side-swept bangs and you would think i would find lots of examples from mags, celebs, etc. but i cant find a good one...so basically, does anyone have examples or pics of nice side-swept bangs?
lol
whos the girl in the last pic? :brows:
I've been so bored of my hair =[

I have never colored my hair.
Me neither.
I never coloured my hair too..I've straightened my hair and colouring my hair will spoil my hair.
