THIS IS VERY SAID
SO LET'S JUST BACK AWAY FROM THE CANCER SIBJECT BEFORE WE ALL GET TEARY EYED?
oops sorry for caps
i curled my hair today-something i never usually do and i've gotten a lot of compliments from people saying that my hair looks very good. it grew out so fast. last time (about 3 weeks ago) i cut of 3.5 inches and it seems like it's back to it's original length

I went to a fashion show yesterday so my hair is just all curly and weird this morning..it's driving me nuts.

No
it's annoying and curly I hate curls>.< I'm more a straight haired girl, it rained yesterday so it curled up. But now it's all blow dried straight so I'm okay now.

I prefer my hair curled, it looks so pretty.
But, I typically only curl it for church or special occassions ( going out for birthday dinners, holidays ). Not to mention I have so much hair that it takes awhile to put the rollers in.

I like having my hair straight because my hair is naturally curly anyway, so with it straight I can put it up and out of the way.

My hair is naturally wavy. So I can wear it curly and the curls stay for a long time, or I can wear it straight with little problems.
i like my hair curled and straight
it looks great curly, and it looks good straight... but i think i prefer straight right now... because i curl it a lot.
My hair is short..used to be long but it didn't look good
I'm a brunette
It's natural
Sometimes i use wax and hair spray
It's fine
It's straight but has a few flicks
It gets cut like once a year lol
I prefer Brunettes (for guys and girls) and that's not a bias opinion ![]()

my hair goes just past my shoulders. i have light brown hair with naturally blonde highlights. it's thick, curly, and unfortunately frizzy. it looks best blow-dried straight or curly and wet.

I lhave ong, straight hair. Well last week my hair was a midnight blue, this week its deep purple.

I have long brown hair. I cut like 4 inches off of it Tuesday, and no one noticed...They said it looked the same, but I guess that is what happens when you have long hair.
Oh mine is natural wavy so it depends on how I dry it if it's straight or curly. But at the moment it's straight, because I used my chi on it last night.

I've been braiding my hair and putting it in a bun a lot lately.
It looks pretty when I take it out of the braid, though.
Hey-I'm kinda new here but I was hoping perhaps you girls could help me out with something. I'm currently booking an appt. to get my hair done for my Bro's wedding in early August. I'm in the bridal party and my sis-in-law pretty much gave me no restrictions on the hair thing so I was wondering if you guys had any ideas/pics, etc? Thanks for any help:-)
Afro puffs are always classy
hey girls i have a question. can the natural hair dye damage your hair? i recently dyed my hair from like dark brown to darker brown. and i love this color but i dont want to damage my hair, go bald later, etc. (i heard rumors about the bald thing)

I don't think so-I mean, I don't think it's too awful for your hair. I know it dries it out but hair is pretty resilent. I hope it's not really bad cuz I've dyed my hair like-a ton. My aunt tho has been every color on the planet and she's in her 60s and has a full, thick head of hair so...

Natalie - It's not true. If it was, all the models in the world would be bald because they have so much done to their hair.

I think dying it can dry out your hair, but I don't know about damage. I, personally, would never dye my hair ( until I go gray, of course ) because I like my natural color and getting it professionally dyed is too expensive.
I have heard, however, that perms can really hurt your hair. Or at least the at-home perms do.
