Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2007 (PRE-SHOW TALK)

Yeah just because they have wings in the fashion show doesn't mean that they are necessarily a Victoria's Secret Angel.

Claiming the show wasnt good enough because of the location (LA) is sooooo wrong .

I actually used to be very intrested in VS I used to visit the website to see if some of my favorites were on there, but now? I could care less. Whoever they get they better get someone good. The whole thing of Gisele being gone is leaving a hole. I'm sorry Alessandra or Adriana your work is cut out for you.

Ana used to represent another underwear line by J.Lo in 2004-ish so she cant be the face of VS. Blame it on J.Lo - the freako

Well, I told I'm not that into the fashion biz, but is there anyone to tell me, what does this "Angel" stand for. I mean what are the things that make them different from other models?

P.S.: Is there anything more normal, than Angels walking in the city of Angeles ?

The name "angel" itself explains everything. The angels are the main faces of the brand/Victoria's Secret. Theyr in the promotion, commercials, blah blah blah.... im not really into these stuffs either but its easy to classify them

I had read somewhere on the web, that there was a movie named "Jenny from the c***," with a main character J.Ho, and Jen' had sued them. LOL, nowdays people are mocking every damn thing :evil:

I'm gonna' say this and then run for the hills. I know that Marisa has a good personality and the guys like parts of her but I just don't see her as an Angel ever but she sure gets all the exposure because her manager/agent works so hard for her. I'm satisfied with Selita maybe over Oluchi because of Oluchi's voice but Oluchi has a pretty peppy personality so I guess it's a toss-up if Oluchi just doesn't talk.

Wouldn't be the same without Ale and Adriana although some people are getting weary of them. I really like Ana BB and I like Miranda pretty much. Karolina just seems like maybe she should do something else or else she needs to add another pose to her bag of tricks. She's too predictable. Same with Marisa.

I truly will miss Gisele. Naomi knows the walk. Fernanda is gorgeous! So is Izabel. And then there's Freja.

I think maybe I'm losing interest and enthusiasm for V.S. because some of the really good ones won't be there any more. It just doesn't seem like that big of a deal anymore, IMHO. I think there will be a bigger shake-up after this year. I think this year will be blah and then they will make the changes needed to make it a big deal again. That's just my opinion.

oh, I wish... but, it's a one shot to million... <_< Stam was also unpredicteble, so... who knows?

I love Freja, but she doesn't really have a body for VS. Sure neither has Stam, but people find Freja quite androgynous. But if Elise can walk VS, Freja can too 100%

Dont they usually announce around July or so where they will have it?

I hope to god its New York this year, last year sucked, LA has such a weird vibe to it, it actually lowered the value of the show somehow. I loved it every year when it was in New York, plus its more convenient for the models too.

As for who I want to be angels, they usually have 6 or 7 angels right??

Why did they choose Selita when they could have chosen Oluchi, Jessica White or maybe even Liya Kebebe??

Why did they choose Alessandra when Ana BB was there??

Alot of the models have wings (its the VS brand signature) but the main Angels are the faces of VS etc but no Ana/half the other models with wings aren't Angels

I know! Selita is horrible :x. IMO I don't like it. She's pretty but to current angels she just doesn't amount. Ana and Oluchi would be great angels...oh well.
