Stan bowman (i hate saying this) is marvelous with the cap tho and replacing talent.

He has so many big contracts to fit under there and except this year where they finished over (due to Panarin) he's always under that cap

I said this before ITT, the Hawks will decline as Duncan Keith declines unless they have someone to replace him. I never thought Crawford was that good of a goalie, his deficiencies are masked by the team.

Crawford is the main reason we are still even in this series. And Dunc will play at a high level for some time to come.  We really miss Oduya this playoffs, that's my biggest worry.

In the end people won't really remember if Crawford was good or not... they'll just remember his rings.

Duncan Keith will be 33 this summer, he probably has 2-3 years left of elite play. It could be more or less depending how fast he declines.

You guys can play Ehrhoff more, he's softer than butter.

Yeah  . I haven't seen any of the games live since it was morning here when they played but I assume Anaheim is the better team and what happened in the first two games was just an accident.

I think Crawford will be the next JS Gigure, remember when anaheim lost to NJ then the pads got smaller?

Giggy was fucking huge then, and Crawford reminds me of the same, he looks huge in his pads compared to other goalies and is really kinda lethargic most of the time. I bet post pad changes he's out of the league in 2-3 years

I remember Giggy.

They've been talking about cracking down on goalies for a while. We'll see if they actually do it this offseason.

Fun series.

Now I'll root for former Hawks Niemi, Sharp and Oduya.

Go get another one boys!

Yeah, I don't see how he comes back.

Such a fun little shit.

It will be interesting to see where he ends up.

@Syria that was a great comeback by Nashville to win the series.

The Predators have a real good chance to beat the Sharks.
