Driving to fast because she wanted a burger.

Paris Hilton was caught driving her Mercedes while intoxicated early morning Thursday! She was arrested because she did not pass the breathe test. The state of California alcohol level is well below .08 which is what Paris blew.

Paris was taken in by the LAPD Hollywood division and booked. The officers did not realize they were pulling over Paris Hilton until they approached her Mercedes. Paris and her friend Kimberly Stewart, Rod Stewart's daughter, were cooperative. Her excuse for being so wasted and driving drunk, she was hungry for a burger.
