"TMZ has learned that a judge has ordered Paris Hilton back to his Los Angeles courtroom, telling her she must attend tomorrow morning's hearing. She could be sent BACK to the slammer!!

Late today, L.A. City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo filed paperwork demanding a hearing before Judge Michael Sauer to determine why the Sheriff's Department allowed Paris to get out of jail when the judge had expressly ordered her to serve out her entire sentence.

The hearing is scheduled for 9:00 AM PDT on Friday.

TMZ contacted the Sheriff's Department, but they refused to comment on the case."

Paris is back in jail! This time, it is not for 23 days, it is for the full 45 days with 5 days credit for time served. She went screaming from the court as they hauled her off in handcuffs. She appeared in grey sweats and was picked up by a police car. At first, she was going to phone it in but the judge said, "oh, no you don't"...ordered sheriff's office to pick her up, they refused, judge threatened contempt of court, they then went to her house and got her.

She's very upset....yelling "It's not right! MOM!" So, that's it. The Sheriff blew it. She's back to jail. My Lord! as the World Turns! (shakes head in this total soap opera). The whole 45 days!!!!

I am so not sorry for her I mean - nothing against her - but the way she behaves as if she is the best doesn't deserve anything else

Paris Hilton was just ordered back to jail in Lynwood to serve out the remainder of her sentence! She'll get credit for at least 5 days already served.

Hilton left the courtroom in tears, screaming, "Mom, Mom, Mom." Hilton was also heard saying "It's not right."

One witness said that Paris was "physically escorted" out of the courtroom by a female deputy.

Hilton's mother was later seen pacing the hallways, telling reporters, "I'm paralyzed right now." Paris' father Rick is still in the courtroom.

A Sheriff inside the courtroom tells TMZ that officers are taking Hilton straight from the courtroom to Lynwood. No timetable has been set on her departure.

TMZ has learned Paris Hilton will appeal her sentence.

We're told the appeal is being drafted right now and will be filed either later today or Monday.

I shouldn't ... but.. I am really happy ! There is a justice...

She supposedly has fans, but who are they? I have heard many people's opinion regarding her through various media, and I have never heard anyone supporting her. People either dislike her or are indifferent towards her.
