Dear Chic, I've got a problem, not big but a problem.

Here is video with Clerc doing 2008 DDS. But I have no idea how to make screncups. When I do a print screen and paste it into photoshop, it's ok, but when I want to save it - there is only black screen. So the only choice that I see is to do screencups from youtube, but the quality will be much worse. Any idea?
