I purchased this book in the hopes of finding this picture below (I knew Rico Puhlmann was the photographer and it seems to be from the same photo shoot as the June 1992 Harper's Bazaar magazine)

Sadly , the picture was not in the book - however, I did find a picture I've never seen before and I think it is just stunning (pg145)
