Wonderful picture! From the design I think it´s german Vogue. But I can´t help with the date. I´ve had some 1982 issues, but none from 1981. It´s possible it´s from one of these 2 years. But it looks so familiar...Reminds me of the first in the 2rd row from a italian Vogue Beauty which went to kalaudia in 2006.
