Tanya, what in the world, why all these things are happening?

While looking for even more news yesterday, I caught some programme with Vodianova on CNN. I couldn't watch too much of it, as my mum wanted too see more from yesterday's event. I wanted to ask... don't you know what was is about? I guess it was like, something to encourage people to visit Moscow/Russia? All I saw was just Vodianova speaking a bit, and her being in the Old Town (I think, I'm not sure) with her eldest son (not sure either, anyway it was her kid). She told him (or her :| now I really can't remember ) "flip the coin up!" while they were there. There was this picture on the ground, and it was like, where the coin "lands", it will show you where will you come soon... Something like that. Can you possibly tell me what was the title of this thing, or just link me to the story/say something more about it?
