My grandmum has a easy recipe for the sauce, I just cook the noodles outta the package. When she is here she makes homemade fettucini that is so good. Normally I use the fettucini from the box as well, but I only had angel hair today, so thats what I had to use. Your right though blur, normally I use the Angel hair in the only asian dish I make, Lo Mein I think its called, can't remember. But noodles are pretty much used in every culture, so saying that a dish is asian just because it has noodles in it is a bit racist.

Racist? More like a qualified guess. Noodles with a red sauce that I hadn't noticed was tomato. Would it be racist to guess that a burger dish might be American? I think we hav different definitions of racism...

However, let's find a more friendly subject to be passionate about as long as we're in this thread.

Oh, and personally, I'm a big fan of carbonara...
