I believe we had this conversation not long ago. I've found that many (most?) online forums are inhabited mostly by the older and younger folks. We're retired and have the time to dabble in our life-long hobbies, while younger folks are enjoying developing these interests. The late 20's and older are busy with careers and family and so have little time for these shenanigans. I see the same in the many graphics forums and Discord servers I take part in.
I'm 68 and peddled (on a non-electric bike) 12,373 kms this year! So don't call me decrepit.

I am 58 now but it felt strange to see that I have written it back in 2008 when I was only 42.
