By what time should pics backstage be out?

Backstage stuff came out last year around 2-4pm PST for me. So within the next few hours I should be getting them.

Is anyone else having issues with the forum today? Pages don't want to seem to load, and when they do it's taking forever. If this keeps up it's gonna be difficult putting up pics quickly
