Heidi Klum inspired new moms everywhere when she rocked the Victoria's Secret runway a mere five weeks after delivering her fourth child in 2009. And last Wednesday, Adriana Lima followed suit, sashaying down the catwalk in lacy red lingerie just six weeks after giving birth to her second daughter in September. "As a Victoria's Secret model, Adriana has always stressed to me how important it is she keeps her curves, adding a little definition yet remaining feminine," says Michael Olajide Jr., a trainer at Aerospace NYC fitness center who credits The AeroSquat as a crucial move in helping Lima get back into supermodel shape post baby.
"It lifts the butt, sculpts the upper quad and creates a vortex effect throughout the pelvic region so it takes care of business immediately," he says. "That's what I specialize in: immediate results. Angels and New Yorkers are always on a time crunch!"

Bend down and touch the index and middle finger of both hands to the ground. Your hands should be on opposite sides of your left foot.
Raise your right foot off the ground keeping your knee bent and tilting your weight to your left side. Squat with your left leg, keeping your fingers touching the ground and then straighten your leg again.
