I have never seen a version of that pic where you actually see her entire head.

Would (or is it even possible) somebody cut and paste the top of her head onto the other pic, so we have a big version of the pic, but with her entire head? I'd do it myself, but i dont have the knowledge, or programs to. Thanks.
