hehe, you can't just scale the picture up. I get disappointed every time because I think it's a high quality pic (based on the resolution size) and then it loads and it's just a scaled up low quality pic.

Are you using one of them photoshop plug-ins that can supposedly enlarge pictures with minimal quality loss? Because I tried one of those and found they didn't work that well on pictures like these.

No offense in anyway, and yes i'm using the plugin .i just tried to help ,cuz i do this everytime i cannot find an HQ oh well,it don't look to bad

I don't know exactly ,because i'm using a portable version of cs4 that doesn't have an install folder,but i will check in my other laptop on the regular cs4 and i let u know
