Obviously there's a resemblance but I think the angle is cheating. I bet if you got a full frontal view of this person, you'd notice how different their faces are. And yea, those eyebrows are oddly crooked.
I think Irina Sheik and Adriana Lima look very similar in some of their professional shoots.
