Yes! When you have people tell you all the time that u could be even more perfect if you were changing your nose or your teeth or your boobs and you do not feel secure well you are starting to believe that maybe "they" are right?? Look Karen Mulder, that absolute gorgeous woman never felt comfortable in her own skin & after a nose job and many other crazy things, she looks like that...
