It's actually Carven Haute Couture FW 1995, not Valentino

Yep, absolutely sure. It's definitely Carven. I have the whole Valentino Haute Couture FW 1995 show in pictures and Brenda didn't walk it. Her only Valentino show was for FW 1991. There's also a picture of another model from Carven HC FW 1995. If you look closely you can spot the similar hairstyle, background and almost identical necklace.
