Nothing artist about a bunch of girls standing half naked on the beach. Not very original either. On the other hand i don't see what the big mystique about nudity is. Where do these ideas come in at. Wow. First of all, she will be nude in Pirelli. That was just a shot taken from a perspective that fills the reader in a bit by showcasing the models and photographer, Terry Richardson. Therefore this shot is not meant to be artistic. Next, nudity in photography definitely is art. There are people, believe it or not, who enjoy it for reasons other than those too cliche to mention. Soft-core porn has no relation here what so ever. To me, the 'big mystique,' or most intriguing part of a nude fashion model is a sense of comfort you feel when looking at it. It's also what the model feels otherwise that image wouldn't be what it is. That's just me.
