I don't think it's strange. It's normal when you take a good care of your skin instead of using a lot of makeup to create a false impression (like all Kardashians). But I guess nowadays it's rare, plenty of girls and women prefer to look like a creepy, plastic doll...
She kind of looks like she's sporting a baby bump in those airport candids.
