TR! On Friday night, something kind of awesome happened -- in a minor way. I was hanging out with my sister at her place (which isn't the greatest apartment complex to live in) and talking outside to her semi-hippie neighbor, who had her pet cockatoo out, when another neighbor who's kind of white trash came looking for her kid, who is a little girl like 5 years old who was just walking around unattended a few minutes before. So my sister's neighbor's immediately told her off for being a shitty mother, which started a whole lot of trash talking between the two of them. But since the cockatoo loves to mimick people and can do it reeally well, he started repeating what the mother was saying (which was some profane stuff), and since it was dark outside, the mother couldn't see it and thought it was one of us being a smart-ass. So the mother flips out and starts saying how she's going to kill us and we're all laughing because of the cockatoo, who starts mimicking our laughter really loudly, and continued to do it, which made the mother think we were laughing at her threats before she stormed off. I soooo want a smart-ass cockatoo of my own now.
