We started out with smaller groups which made it easier and I later expanded the groups drastically out of my good grace .

TR, I need your help more than ever . I'm still not sure how to do the rounds and what point system...or which one to use...What if it doesn't live up to the hype? What if I fall flat on my face and everyone hates me . What to do ?

If you decide to do the random pair (one group at a time). then here is the random pair thingy that I use http://mingo.info-science.uiowa.edu/~light/pairs.html I would suggest 3 votes per person, cause then they can vote for both if they want but if they like one more than the other they can give one more points, and it's not too big of a number to work with

Excel? I just use a word program to help me keep track

Also, Joe, I would suggest getting a photobucket account if you don't have one... then you can upload all the pictures you're going to use for the competition and you don't have to reupload them every time you start a new round

And I am working on putting those pictures into blockes for you...
