And here I was, thinking this was a thread on where the best models come from as opposed to where the hottest women come from. Nearly 50% of the votes went to South America (undoubtedly due to Brazil), yet in terms of truly respected models, it's produced Gisele... and that's about it - an no, "drool-worthy" doesn't equal "respected." I did a null vote because I don't pretend to be vastly knowledgeable on the topic, but if I had to I'd have voted for North America (at the risk of sounding like a Homer) because both the US and Canada had numerous true supermodels back in the 90s and have industry darlings today. Popularity for South American and Eastern European models are only trends and have yet to prove able to rise above that status.

"Best model" is kindof broad. For example, some are considered to be "good models" but not necessarily "attractive". Whereas others are considered to be attractive, but aren't necessarily considered to be "great models" in the sense that many mean (runway presence, range of work ect.). But as to "what country looks the best"...lol .

Perhaps generally the casual viewers (i.e., people only looking for masturbation material) lost interest, but I read an article some time ago that used sales figures to demonstrate that even post-VS, Gisele can have a shockingly large impact on how her clients do - as in like a 30% quarterly rise after she first appears in ads, which says a lot about her as a model.
