Well, I've never paid. All you have to do is scroll down and click the "Free" button and it takes you to where you can download.

you have to wait and try later because u downloaded too much...if u didint download that much thats because other people r using the same proxy as u do,so u could take proxy off just while u r downloading it and then put it back....u can do that by clicking on TOOLS in toolbar,then choose INTERNET OPTIONS then CONNECTIONS,then choose LAN SETTINGS,and then mark USE YOUR PROXY SERVER FOR LAN..i suppose u use internet explorer

but if u do this u have to remember to put proxy back because of your safety.
