some internet providers only allow you to donwload so much data, and if you exceed your limit you gotta pay extra money... maybe it's what aida is talking about...

after a free download u have to wait ~1hour to download the next thing for free. when u get a different ip after a disconnection u can continue immediately. Just go and try it

Yes, that's what I'm talking about. I have a limit of 5 GB. And I try not to get over it.

I am sorry to hear you have a limit of 5 GB, I download 4 GB per day, because I download movies and tv shows all the time, that means you don't have a flat internet, in Serbia wirelles is very cheap, and we also have a free internet provider!
