As we would say here I'll put the band-aid before the wound in case the politically correct jump on me: the song has quite explicit lyrics and it may be offensive to some BUT it's not meant to be taken seriously (this or any other lyrics by Steel Panther).

For those who don't know Steel Panther, they're a parody band that are playing 80's glam metal characters. Basically they're a more explicit version of Spinal Tap, but Steel Panther actually makes records though.
